Nova Clinical securely stores your basic data (name and email) with Mailchimp strictly for marketing purposes only with no PHI included, staying within HIPAA compliance standards by leaving out medical information.

Nova Clinical will keep your name and email for an undetermined amount of time until the user requests to be removed from the email mailing list. Once notified of this request, we will delete your data from the email marketing list within 24 business hours.
